Outstanding reservation support

I needed help with a reservation and was lucky enough to use the Platinum hotline and be connected with Denise ( emp ID DMJEN346 ).  Denise went out of her way to make sure the reservation was corrected as needed and to reach out to the hotel itself to confirm everything was in good shape.  The service I get from the Bonvoy Platinum reservation line is always good but this time it was truly a step above.    Thank you Denise.
