Customer Care is not caring at all - escalating the complaint

Hello! I booked two rooms using Marriott elite line at Sheraton Resort Samui on March 22. Having received an email confirmation I realized that there are neither free round trip airport transfer nor free guaranteed upgrade included in the booking which my rate according to your representative should have included. Moreover, I requested an invistigation and Mr Adam confined that I would receive a reply within 72 hours. Guess what, I haven’t received any answer and the only message received is my card charge sms. This is ridiculous how Marriott treats elite customers. I requested that all promised perks are added to my booking and have extra compensation for such a stress booking. Almost three weeks passed and still there's no even an excuse. Moreover, I managed to cancel those bookings before it bacame non-refundable and booked other rooms. File 113389915 communitymanagers
