Last week I reported that someone hacked into my Bonvoy account and used 340k points. 240k points were used to buy a United Airlines ticked and 100k were used for "Points Sharing." Marriott immediately restored the 240k points, but they still have not restored the 100k. I was told last week that this issue would be resolved by 4/8 but that didn't happen. This morning I've been on hold with customer service for 25+ minutes and provided with no helpful information.
This is a wonderful way to treat a fiercely loyal customer of 23+ years who's Lifetime Titanium Elite.
