I need to speak to someone a missing stay request. I submitted it yesterday and it was answered; however, I was told that it is reflected on my account when it is not. This has been a HORRIBLE process! Ever since you have switched over to Bonvoy it has been nothing but a headache. I am very close to switching to Hilton. Customers should not have to navigate the constant run arounds we get with this new service. I am a Gold member and spend 30-50 nights a year. That is about to go somewhere else!
