There is a www.bonvoyed.com web site established by a frustrated SPG'er and it's sole purpose is to gather complaints about the new Bonvoy program. So far, over 600+ complaints.
wow...Quite the site.... I only hope most of the people are not all cursing but actually actioning and doing something about their loyalty - switch or split!!!
