RewardsPlus Marriott Status not updating after registration

Hello - I've registered repeatedly for RewardsPlus (I'm a UA Premier Platinum member), and have received the message that I'm already registered for the program, however, my Marriott Status is still Silver,  I'd appreciate any assistance to resolve this issue.
