Is there any way to update your membership level in your profile? I couldn’t find it. Yes...I messaged the community managers....no response.
Coincidentally, I asked the same question of the Community Managers a couple of days ago. Their reply: " Currently there is an update that needs to happen which would rectify this across the board. We are waiting for it to be implemented but have no timing on it as of now."
Whatever that means?
It's linked to your Marriott account, so it's something IT needs to fix. Probably way low on the priority list.
