If you're looking for a good Paris Marriott property with breakfast in lieu of a lounge, I recommend the Renaissance Arc De Triomphe. It's about a mile or so up the Champs Elysees from the Vendome properties, and their full buffet breakfast is incredible.

You can ask. Especially legacy-Starwood properties have been mentioned to offer breakfast certs for the restaurant on top of lounge access for the guest to chose where to go.
