How do I escalate a complaint about the property and service?
There isn't really a procedure for this.First: did you file an official complaint by calling or emailing Marriott customer service? If no: do so. Make sure you get a case number. Emailing is useful if you need to send attachments, but calling is often faster service.
Second: over here the communitymanagers have been known to advocate on behalf of Marriott Insiders. Sometimes they have some magical WD40 that can move cases that otherwise seem stuck.Third: if everything else fails, the very last option is writing a good old-fashioned letter to Bill Marriott himself.
