Spirit to Serve  William A Johnson

At the Crystal Gateway Marriott, I had a very minor complaint.  The desert supply had been woefully inadequate.  Desert which was supposed to last until way after 7:30 was gone before 6:30 PM.


I told William Johnson and asked if he could get us 2 cookies.  He brought 4 that were right out of the oven.  (I would have accused him of baking them himself, but he didn't have sufficient time.


That was more than a sufficient and graceful response, but we found a letter, later that night, under our door with a $25 voucher for spending at the hotel.


Mr. Johnson has given us superior service in the past, but he did it again this past Saturday.  He derseves a "Spirit to Serve Award."
