Posting of stays changed from 3 days to 10 days

I stayed in a. aloft last week, checking out friday, and a week later, the stay had not posted to my bonvoy account which I found odd, as in the past it has typically taken around 3 days.  i called bonvoy customer service and they informed me this has now changed from 3 days to 10 days that you can expect to see postings.  Letting everyone know to save you a phone call!  As a side note, the customer service was great - answered the phone as titanium elite service, no wait and the agent knew inmediately about the change in posting times and informed me of this,  and then made sure the reservation was added to my account.
