Come on, this is ridiculous to the point of insanity. What does it take for a hotel company to be able to accurately report guest stays, charge the correct rates and accurately fulfill reservations?
I am spending hours each week monitoring my LPP account. Again 2 missing stays. I just had to take my bill to the hotel manager because the rates were incorrect.
This is sad. A once great brand is reduced to garbage and not one person from Marriott can ever reach out to us and apologize for the lousy service and dismal treatment of key customers.
