To avoid contact Marriott's Customer service

What do you guys think?

If the "contact of hotel" with their dedicated email (not only phone number), we can avoid to contact their messy Customer service anymore!

 

My experience:

- i used three months to claim my missing stay,

- i got a replied from Marriott after 6 months of my question. 

*Those all happened after Starwood combined into Marriott.
