I have two weeks in Hawaii coming up beginning February 16th. The first week is at the Wailea Beach resort in Maui and the second week is the Mauna Kea Autograph on The Big Island. I am staying on points and I am Platinum premier with Ambassador.
I have 9 Suite Night Upgrades available and I am trying to apply them to one of the weeks. With both reservations it lets me get all the way through the request process and then it errors out at the end. I have emailed and called support and emailed my Ambassador and everyone seems to say, “yeah, it’s not working for you. You’ll have to use them later in the year”.
This is pretty disappointing after spending over 110 nights in Marriotts last year to not be able to capitalize on the benefits for our one big family vacation.
Is anyone else having Suite Night upgrade issues? What tactics have helped get support’s attention to actually try to help?
