While staying at the Renaissance Meadowlands Hotel in Rutherford, NJ I needed to grab some Tylenol for a headache. JP at the front desk expressed genuine concern and went above and beyond to make sure I was feeling OK. He even offered to have some tea made at the restaurant and send it up to my room (which I declined). As a PP Elite I've had my fair share of headaches and Tylenol purchases from hotels' markets, but never has an employee treated me like JP did. I was so impressed that as soon as I got back to my room I googled how to nominate an employee for deserved recognition and as a result this is my first Spirit to Serve nomination. Excellent work!
