I have to raise a complain/concern about the Sales/Catering team at the Washington Dulles Airport Marriott. This is pretty serious and due to the negligence of contacting me in a timely manner about a Annual Meeting that I was planning to organize over the Memorial day weekend. Last six years no issues but this year their Sales team is local now and I had very bad and worst experience of not communicating properly and on time inspite of sending emails and phone to reach them out.
Problem is that space was reserved but then they never reached out to me for 2 months with proper procedures and contracts, so after 2 months of frustration I had to look for space elsewhere and now I am paying a lot more than what I would if they offered me meeting space or atleast told me that they can't offer the space.
Anyway I can send my compaint out against their Sales/Catering team?
