Ignored Emails from Ambassdor

Hello Marriott Fam! 


Is anyone having the same (no-response) issues with their assigned ambassador? I sent an email 5 days ago with a follow-up email and I have yet to receive acknowledgement or a response. What is the process when you request a booking through email and how long does it take for acknowledgement of email?
