I've opened a ticket with the Community Managers for assistance but wanted to pose the question to the group. I'm trying to sign up for the RewardsPlus reciprocal agreement Marriott has with United. Using the Marriott site to do confirms i'm eligible but the United number shown is incorrect. I think it's is an inactive account I opened a long time ago and since lost in the sands of time.
Anyone experience this before and/or know how to get it corrected? So far Marriott has said the only United number associated with my Marriott account is the one I know is valid. I also contacted United and they've stated the incorrect number is no longer valid. Any help is appreciated.
