My total years as platinum still shows the same as it did last year, even though I made Platinum Premier for this year. Anyone have any idea when this will be updated?
Also, I made lifetime gold last year and was told that I would be upgraded to Lifetime Platinum in January. I see that some on this board have already been upgraded, at least one who has fewer years as platinum and fewer points than I do, but I have not been upgraded yet.
Any idea when these upgrades will be done?
Same issue here. Waiting on my 10th year Platinum (earned in December) to credit. When it didn't happen in December, or after January 1, I was guessing it might not happen until the end of the prior membership year (which is the end of February).
