How do I complain about a recent hotel stay when Customer Service will not pick up the phone. I was on hold for 25 minutes. I'm a Platinum Member who just cancelled a group stay at Marriott for my work team because my complaints about an awful stay at the Marriott Courtyard in Boynton Beach have been ignored by the hotel and Marriott Rewards. The hotel hid the fact that its pool was closed for maintenance, the villa and the hotel in general was filthy, the sliding door to one room didn't close, the old furniture in the villa tilted over when you put close inside, etc. This hotel should not be a Marriott. My review of the hotel on Marriott.com was not posted. Does anyone at Marriott want to see pictures?
