What is wrong with this company? I am trying to make a reservation online today...I keep getting an error message saying that 'our server is being stubborn.' The last two weeks I was getting error messages saying "an unexpected error has occurred please try again later." I called the Elite line, twice, requesting a receipt two weeks ago, assured I would have it next day, nothing. My room preferences never show up at check in. Last week a front desk agent told me they 'have not been able to see guest preferences for a long time.'
I am a loyal guy...1600 lifetime nights in Marriott hotels. Is it just me or is customer service here lousy?
