Update Profile... LT status reset

Hey all - 


So i was moved over from LTS to LTP this morning - and in prep to merge my SPG and Marriott, had to update my phone number and ZIP code. I updated my ZIP code from the app (the app was saying the extended ZIP was invalid ... e.g - 12345-1234 -- written on the marriott site as 123451234). Once I did this, my LT status was cleared. Called on the phone, waited an hour - only for the rep to say old LTG should have converted to new LTG and she would put in a ticket to have an account specalist look at it. 

Has anyone else done a personal information update and have LT status cleared?
