I am not seeing a way to escalate a complaint

I am not seeing a way to escalate a complaint, I have already tried the hotel manager route, telephone support, and the customer care email address. In all cases the complaint has not been dealt with, I would just like someone to actually read the issues that I send and respond to those issues, not a default response - any help on an email address for escalation would be appreciated
