What is the best way to lodge a complaint about the Platinum reservation line? It use to be the best customer service out there... it’s horrible now. Tonight the guy asked me my credit card number as the first question he asked. Didn’t verify my name, reward number, nothing. I refused. I was booking a reward stay. He was eating and chewing in my ear. It’s been going down hill over the last 4-5 months but has hit an all time low.
