Looking for advice concerning my Marriott/SPG merged account

I'm trying to figure out my next option concerning me now merged SPG/Marriott account. My Marriott and SPG accounts were combined when the programs merged and now my account only reflects the SPG information.


All of my Marriott tenure was lost. After contacting numerous customer support reps, I was informed that my old Marriott Number is blank with no history or status. I have filed numerous cases, but they are always closed with no action and response.


I have been working with customer support now 5 months and they can't find my lifetime tenure or figure out how to fix the issue. I should be lifetime platinum premier as of December 31, 2018.
