I'm Lifetime Platinum and have more often than not had to contact Marriott Rewards to get stay credits posted. I'm tired of having to monitor this. It seems that every since the merger with SPG there have been new issues with my account.
Agreed - regular annoyance to monitor that the company does what they’re expected to do on a repeated basis. It’s been a week and I hesitate to rush in calling to be out on hold.
I underatand mergwr pains and profram changes - but most complaints on here aren’t asking for something too difficult.
