Rather than spending money rebranding and renaming the rewards program..Marriott should think about getting back to supporting their customers especially the loyal platnium premier elite lifetime ones.  The customer service since August has been deplorable.  No one seems to be able to do anything about it.  I have not been able to download bills from the site and have had to wait over an hour to speak to someone when i call.  This is completely unacceptable in this day and age.  Get a phone system where you call the caller back if you are so short staffed that you can't handle the call volume.  I will be calling Hilton to see if I can get my status matched.  Something needs to be done.  Get back to the basics that made you a great hotel chain..FOCUS ON CUSTOMERS.  #ANGRY#DISAPPOINTED#FRUSTRATED
