How do I escalate an issue? I had a terrible stay at a property and when I called to file a complaint, the manager I was speaking to deliberately hung up on me. I called back and have been on hold for over 23 minutes now. I need this resolved ASAP. I don't have time to go back and forth with Marriott customer service for weeks on end. I am trying to plan my honeymoon for March and we were planning to stay at Marriott properties but so far, the customer service, even for a long-time rewards member like myself, has been nothing short of appalling. This situation needs to be rectified immediately. Is this how you treat your customers? If this is what I can expect, then I can tell my work to no longer book me with Marriott properties.
Update: Spoke to a supervisor who claims she cannot put me on the phone with her supervisor (claims she's the highest one there) yet also claims she has no clue which manager hung up on me. This is pathetic customer service.
