I am not trying to sound flippant but you start to ask how Marriott stays in business when their site continually goes down:
My least favorite thing to see. The last two months have been IT disasters for Marriott and I am starting to question if they have the right leadership in place to help navigate this ship.
When you start to calculate all the time it takes to wait for their site to go up, it starts to really add up. We need better today....
