Hello to everyone in the community! I don't know if someone has brought this up in the past but I've been curious about this matter for a while already: What's Marriott's policy about associates using their cell phones while at work? Lately, I've witnessed this behavior in a specific property I've stayed at several times. To me, it looks totally unprofessional. I don't think it's right to be checking your social networks when you're supposed to be concentrated on the customers. I'd appreciate feedback on this topic.
