My Marriott/Chase credit card points from last month have not yet posted. They usually post on the 22nd of each month. Is there a reason for the delay this time around? Thank you.
They should post within 2-3 days of your statement closing date. (Mine posted normally on Dec. 28).
I suggest logging on to your Chase account to verify the points that should have posted by now. Then call Marriott to try to resolve it. My guess is the problem is on the MR side, not Chase.
This happened to me last month. I called Chase and after a few internal transfers that acknowledged the problem and resent my points to Marriott
I had the same issues, they said to wait. I may have to call again. =( So many issues lately.
I am having the same problem again. I had it in November and my nights did get credited just after Thanksgiving. Then December same issue, I called 4 times and they continue to say they are working on it. I ended up booking 2 nights at a local hotel just to get my Platinum status renewed.
Just an update that Chase says that the points have been transferred. However, they are not showing up in my account and she said that in order to escalate it they have to give Marriott the full 6-8 weeks to post them to my account....she said they could be stuck in a year-end issue. Considering all the technical issues I am seeing on the board, it isn't going to surprise me. They said the November issue was different. Not sure what is going on. Maybe communitymanagers have some insight?

I am having trouble not with points not posting, but with elite nights being credited for 2019, rather than 2018, though the spend was all prior to the close of my December statement. I have reached out to the community manager...hope they can help.
