Putting together a New Years wish list for Marriott Customer Service. As you all have various knowledge's and expertise's, I encourage a complete wish...trying to take a negative 2018 into a positive 2019.
My wish list:
Promotions that are actually valuable, functional and workable.
No more IT issues that are blamed on 'The Merger'.
Keeping our information secure with confidence.
Customer service agents who are polite, understanding and practical problem solvers.
Ability to use points, suite nights etc as prescribed .
Property managers understanding customer issues.
Positive energy to everyone
