I haven't been receiving eFolios lately, and I can't access then on the app OR the website.
I tried to go to my email preferences page, as shown here: Paperless Billing | Marriott eFolio Online Billing Program
but those instructions don't work - there's no eFoilo option in my preferences.
The only way I've been able to get receipts lately is by calling the reservations line each time, and having them emailed... which is annoyingly inefficient. Am I missing something? What do I need to do?
