I stayed at W Amman, Jordan last week. It is a fantastic hotel and we had a wonderful stay. But they did not credit the nights / points to my Rewards account upon checkout. I mailed them about it and they replied that I had not booked through official channels. I explained to them that the booking was through Marriott.com website. They replied that they had a mix up and acknowledged my booking through the website. However, I am also told that the points get credited automatically to account. But the booking is not showing up in my account. What should I do now?
