Problems with combining accounts?

Hi all,


i just combined my Marriott and SPG Accounts. I chose to combine from SPG side. All went well except two main problems:


1- I cannot choose the 50 nights benefits. I tried many times but every time it gives me an error message “Oops, something went wrong, please try again or contact customer support”. 


2- I used to be an active member here on the insiders using my Marriott account. After the account combing my Marriott account went deactivated and as such was not being able to access insiders so I had to create a new account and start from scratch! 


I contacted my ambassador and and the ambassador team but they were not of any help. 


Has as anyone of you faced such problems after combining accounts? Any advice?
