Hotline experience  - Roll-over nights

I’m just wondering what is your experiences with the Marriott hotline. Have they been helpful? Have they give you correct information?


i had now the experience that they have given me wrong information 4-5 month ago)  about the roll-over nights and by talking to them again (10 days ago), they say it is my fault that i have not read the shared information, as they had due of the merger to many emails and calls to give me the right information at the time I have asked.


Maybe I’m just the unlucky ONE, but I guess not...
