I'd like to recognize Silvia M.S who works as a front desk clerk at the AC Hotel San Jose Escazu in Costa Rica. I've stayed at this property several times already and Silvia has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel at home. It's really moving to see how she takes care of customers, she treats them as if we all were her family. Associates like this make Marriott the best hotel chain in the world. I really hope she gets the recognition she truly deserves. That's why I'm nominating her for the Spirit to Serve Award.
