My friend stayed at the Springhill Suites of N. Charleston SC in October, submitted a Missing Stay Request in early November, but has heard NOTHING. I have his paper receipt and MR#. Can you help us get credit?

To expedite your request, i'd recommend scanning your paper receipt into a PDF and attaching it to the form. Hope this helps.
Call customer service.....tell them your story, hopefully they'll pull up the stay.
