Was recently reviewing my activity (yes I know I'm sad) to see if I would make Ambassador this year. I would not, I was about $850 short. Then I saw that some of the points awarded were a bit low. Emailed Customer Support who emailed back to say "We can't discuss this by email" (helpful) call us. I did. I was extremely fortunate to get a guy named "Paul" not his real name but the name he uses on email. Wow!!!!!! Was Ambassador within a day and he has promised to review the other stays that have had too few points added. I'd advise all to check their activity accounts.
