Unable to redeem points?

Has anyone had any issues rendeeming points for new bookings in the last few days? I was looking to book a 4 night 5th night free stay in March 2019 a few days ago and as of yesterday I am unable. And it’s not that the hotel is unavailable, if I change the location to any city, it shows “No results found”. I’ve tried multiple days, even one, and several cities (LA, NYC, etc). Every time it just says no results found. I want to book the stay by December 31 because the property is increasing in points.
