I would like to thank your employee Shay at the front desk for her excellent support. Your front desk agent, Shay took care of all my concerns and questions in a jiffy.


She also provided timely and helpful advice regarding the area and ins and out of local eateries. She let me know all the important information regarding the hotel, the restaurant even to where the best parking would be. Shay was extremely attentive and she listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. She has a caring approach and she is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards her and your hotel staff for their speedy and efficient services.. I would especially like to commend Shay for her professionalism and her welcoming time to the city.
