I used to be a SPG plat, now Platinum Premier Elite, and I am staying more at Marriott properties now the programs have been combined. For my last 3 stays I have been never upgraded to a suite, usually only higher floors. I used to email SPG to complaint when I am not upgraded when there is a suite available during my stay. Is there a similar way to do this after the merger? Should I just call the platinum line?
