I took a month holiday using various hotels in Portugal and South Africa, I booked all hotels on Marriott website, gave my Platinum Elite card as I checked in , made sure reward number was on my invoice and still not a SINGLE hotel credited points to my account. I live in Portugal So I now have to collect all documentation and post to Ireland.
Today the benefit is with hotels not to credit and work is with customer to fix.
Other issues as Platinum being told welcome gift now cancelled.
