Does anyone have a contact to correct a problem with Marriott Rewards annual choice benefits?
I am lifetime platinum MR and somehow received the wrong benefit--I chose the 5 suite nights, but was given 5 elite nights!
You might try a Customer Service Request by click the "Support" link above and submitting a Customer Support request online. Otherwise you could see if the communitymanagers can assist, but they will also need you to complete a customer support request. The warnings online when you make your choice indicate that once you click your choice, they're irrevocable, so I'm not sure if anyone will be able to assist, but you can try. dapolizzi same problem here and no none was able to help me. It's an insane policy for our choice to be irrevocable - people make mistakes and so do computer systems!!!! Also Plat, why would I was 5 Elite nights??!!!! This is a terrible disservice to members. communitymanagers
