Nightmare with Reservations: Platinum Service is beyond DISAPPOINTING

I documented calling the reservation line and being placed on hold and listening to obscenity, rude, unprofessional nasty people for over 6 hours today.  One after the next told me the new Marriott is so big that nobody at Marriott cares and there is nobody you can complaint to because flat out nobody at Marriott cares.  Does anyone have a telephone number to call where you can speak with a real live human being who actually possesses the ability to address the customer?


I know it is a lot ot ask for but does anybody actually still work at Marriott who handles problems?
