My mom booked me a room at Marriott in Ft Lauderdale using the Explore code for early January last month (October 2018). She is set to retire before Christmas. I have a the Explore form filled out as per the policy, however when I check into the hotel late January she will no longer be an employee, do they enter her employee number on the form during check-in. Will this affect the rate? I wanted to ask here before I contact the Hotel manager.
