Has Marriott forgotten about the guest experience?

Ever since the merger it is impossible to make a call into Marriott and speak with someone without a extensive automated commands and questions that start with "Do you know?  or please wait or music, and God forbid you get disconnected and then they wont call back.  They just move on to another poor soul waiting and waiting.  Hilton is kicking Marriotts butt right now, please do better.    Give us number that person in the US can talk to a person in the US with less than 5 minutes of wait times.
