Spirit to Serve. Going beyond expectations.

JW Marriott Jakarta is basically a home away from home for me. As the saying goes, people, they make the brand. 


I am nominating Mr. Chrestian P from JW Marriott Jakarta, Mega Kuningan. 


It's rare that you come across standout talent like Chrestian. First phrase that comes to mind when I think about Chrestian is that he is ridiculously efficient.  He pays attention to details, and made every service personalized, and the most important of all, he leads by example. I know this as I have been taken care for the past 3 years. When you combine experience and generous hospitality, Chrestian sets the bar higher which makes it very hard for me to move away from Marriott.


There are many instances whereby he came to the lounge just to check on the guest. Its not everyday you see such leader. Service delivery goes beyond expectation and always made me feel at home.


I wish him well and please consider him for his Spirit to Serve is in his core value.
