Missing Stay @ SPG

So I am missing a stay at Aloft in Orlando.  Contacted Marriott Insiders for help.  They said they couldn't help with SPG stays and suggested I contact research@starwoodhotels.com.  Sent them an email and got this for a reply "Thank you for your email. We are currently experiencing an increase in volume and as a result there is a delay in processing. All emails will be answered in the order in which they are received and may take up to 10 business days for a response. Thank you very much for your patience."

Ten days is a fair amount of time to review a stay, even tried to get them to fix it when I stayed there again this weekend.  No such luck.  Never had this much trouble with getting credit for stays.
