The IT issues with the merger seem to be getting worse. The latest is the activity page has been down for over 1 week. I am unable to track reservations, points and download bills.
I spoke to Marriott today and they acted like it was the first time they have heard this problem. I have Platinum Ambassador status and after multiple attempts to get information I am still looking for help. Today, the representative told me that they have also lost access to the activity page and could not help me. I have started to book hotel rooms with another hotel chain for the rest of the year who offered to elevate my status with them. This is getting very old with Marriott...never should have merged with Starwood.
